- Payment information — when you purchase a membership subscription or a product from our shop, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Best Life Apps does not receive or store your full card number, CVC, or other full payment card details; Stripe's own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy) governs how Stripe handles that data. We do receive and store limited billing details from Stripe, such as your name, billing email, subscription status, and transaction history, so we can manage your account and provide support.
- Newsletter signup — your email address, and optionally your name, when you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Form submissions — information you submit through contact forms, pop-ups, lead-capture forms, or applications on the site (for example, your name, email, and message).
- Course & classroom activity — enrollment, progress, and quiz results for courses you take through our Classroom.

Membership, shop, newsletter, form, and course data is stored in our own website database — we built these systems in-house rather than relying on third-party plugins, so your data isn't routed through outside plugin vendors. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Choices
- Unsubscribe — every newsletter and campaign email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed from any mailing list.

- Deletion — you may request that we delete your personal information, subject to what we're required to retain for legal, tax, or security reasons.
