3. Membership & Subscriptions
- Paid membership tiers are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you'll keep access until then.
- We may change membership pricing or tier features going forward; we'll give you reasonable notice before a price change affects your next renewal.
4. Purchases & Refunds
- One-time digital product purchases through our shop are processed through Stripe.
- Because our products are digital (downloads, course access, or membership content) and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law, or where we determine in our discretion that a refund is appropriate (for example, a duplicate charge or a defective download).
- To request a refund, contact us at the email below within 14 days of purchase, describing the issue.
5. Courses & Classroom Content
Course content, quizzes, and materials made available through our Classroom are for your personal, non-commercial use as part of an active membership or course purchase. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share this content without our written permission. Access to gated courses depends on maintaining an active membership tier where applicable.
6. Newsletter & Communications
By subscribing to our newsletter or submitting a form that opts you into email communications, you consent to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us directly.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or our systems;
- Share your paid membership access with anyone who hasn't paid for it;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or anything that disrupts the Services;
- Scrape, copy, or resell our content or courses without permission.
8. Intellectual Property

We don't guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations. 11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Life Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violating these Terms. You may stop using the Services and cancel your membership at any time.
